General Specification of Stewart Clocks
• The bulk of the wood used is solid mahogany or oak and no synthetic timbers are used
• All brass work is solid brass (dials, hinges and finials)
• Doors both on the hood and trunk are precisely and individually fitted by hand
• A removable hood is a feature of all Stewart clocks giving visibility and easy access to the mechanism
• The satin finish is achieved after no less than ten coats of polish
• The (distressed) antique finish is the result of a unique hand waxing process applied by our craftsmen and as a result no two clocks are identical and each has its own individuality
• All Clock movements are of German origin
ALL MODELS in our range can he finished to match individual pieces of furniture providing a colour sample is provided by customer.
